Dickerson’s Account Managers and Benefits Analysts are experienced in fully insured and self-insured plans. During the onboarding process and each year thereafter, the teams collaborate to review the incumbent plans, evaluate the demographics of the employee population, and conduct a yearly review of the client’s goals and objectives. The team then presents recommendations for changes, if applicable.
Clients in the self-insured environment benefit from quarterly updates with their team to review utilization data and trends. For larger clients, benchmarking reports ensure plan designs are competitive with other similarly situated firms within the industry.
