Dickerson’s Account Managers and Benefits Analysts are experienced in fully insured and self-insured plans. During the onboarding process and each year thereafter, the teams collaborate to review the incumbent plans, evaluate the demographics of the employee population, and conduct a yearly review of the client’s goals and objectives. The team then presents recommendations for changes, if applicable.
